- Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 7days of the order delivery.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been used, washed or soiled.

- Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range and you can apply for exchange only once. For 2nd Exchange order we charge Rs.100/- as exchange feed in addition to shipping & reverse shipping charges..
- Shipping charges won’t be refundable
- All Return/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details. Please note, Rs.100/- will be charged for reverse pickup.
- The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
